Teaching by leveraging our experiences of creating engaging omni channel data capture experiences that can be filled in on any device while preserving a consistent look and feel. We created a strong curriculum to empower our clients to be able to self sustain themselves and do so without us.
Project Goals
Artech needed to develop the material for a number of AEM Forms courses that would exhaustively cover the tool's methodology, strategy, best practices and development processes.
Having had completed a number of AEM Forms projects in the past they reached out to DigiLeague to provide the experience, skills and resources they needed to make sure all topics were adequately covered.
Deliverables
A curriculum composed of theory and exercises
Along with the theory and best practices, DigiLeague developed step by step exercises that demonstrated the features explained in the theory. Students could follow the exercises to discover by example the in depth information provided.
The goal wasn't only to cover all the topics, but to do so in a way to builds upon itself logically and strategically combines theory with exercises to maximize learning and understanding.
Topics Covered
Analytics and SEO, more than just Forms!
When thinking about what to cover, we focused on the fact that a digital data capture solution is more than just about forms. The experience needs to be consistent and offer engaging branding. It needs to offer strong SEO results and also need to be able to measurable using detailed analytics. Lastly, data capture is important, but after an end user fills in a form, they expect a response, and we wanted to ensure our clients could automate those as well.
Methodology
Leveraging our Experience to Teach
DigiLeague drew from its wealth of experience delivering AEM Forms projects to firms ranging from financial institutions to government bodies to come up with engaging material that not only demonstrated the theory, but also told a story. We took the students on a journey from the very basics all the way into expert material!
