Detailed Discovery
DigiLeague started the project with an in-depth discovery of Druva's current site. The goal was to understand all its moving pieces and ensure that they are all accounted for during the migration. We put together a detailed document that summarized everything that would be part of the migration, as well as our methodology and precise timeline.

Having everything carefully planned and agreed upon enabled us to have a clear direction throughout the project, and allowed our client to be able to track our progress and stay assured we were on track throughout.
WordPress to AEM Migration
With our plan clearly outlined after our discovery session, we broke the whole project down into sprints, and those into tasks, and set off. Druva provided some developers, which we trained and integrated into our team. This ensured they would have the resources to continue maintaining their site when our engagement.
Together, we carefully ensured every page had the necessary templates and components to be able to be recreated in AEM. When they were complete, we led Druva through the authoring process to move the content over and, before they knew it, they had their site living in a brand spanking new AEM environment!
Site Redesign
Now that their site was comfortably living in AEM, it was time to modernize it. Along with Druva's developers, who were now well integrated into our team, we added modern site features such as SPA elements and parallaxes.

The end result is an engaging, smooth site that delivers a consistent user experience across all devices that we are proud of!
